Netguru Case Study: 44 recruitment processes successfully closed in 9 months

Netguru, a company hailing from our domestic market, is one of the fastest-growing European tech companies according to the Financial Times. It made the Financial Times 1000 ranking twice, and was featured in the Technology Fast 50 Central Europe list three times.

Netguru executes projects for companies from all over the world, focusing on corporate clients and scale-ups (Volkswagen, Solarisbank, Keller Williams) from the US and Western Europe. As a result, Netguru’s team works in a broad technology stack. The company is also one of the forerunners of transparent salaries and large-scale remote work in Poland.

The Challenge

The company’s business strategy is a great success – Netguru has grown rapidly these past couple of years. In 2013 their team consisted of about 50 people, in 2016 the headcount grew to 300+, and now they’re more than 900 employees strong.

In the post-pandemic era the demand for IT services has increased. This demand, combined with the omnipresent remote opportunities, resulted in an unprecedented competition in the job market.

In order to support their clients, as well as launch new collaborations and maintain the status of one of the fastest growing tech companies, Netguru’s recruiting team had to face this challenge head-on.

The Solution

Our talks about a possible collaboration started as early as November, with a starting date set for January. We have started with determining our core priorities:

  • Increasing the flexibility of the hiring plan and meeting recruitment business goals.
  • Supporting the team in conducting end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Taking care of the HR processes.
  • Opening up new roles, resulting in the swift hiring of new people for Netguru.

Keeping in mind Netguru’s need for fast and efficient results, we have suggested collaborating in the RPO model. We have delegated two of our IT recruiters, Ewelina Wieczorek (later replaced by Filip Kaczmarek) and Agnieszka Brzosko.


Ewelina and Agnieszka have taken over the end-to-end processes, starting with candidate sourcing, which marked the beginning of direct search efforts in Netguru’s recruitment lifecycle. Their core responsibilities included conducting the interviews, close collaboration with the Hiring Managers, advising on the job market and talent pool, as well as cooperating with the EB, Legal and Finance teams.
