How we work together for one-off recruitment projects?

Recruitment in the Retainer fee and Success fee model (which we call RF/SF for short) is a model known from classic cooperation with recruitment agencies.

You entrust us with a single recruitment or several recruitments, and our recruitment specialists take care of most of the process.

Specialized recruitment tools

We use tools such as LinkedIn RPS, ATS Lever, JustJoinIT and NoFluffJobs. The cost of these systems is always our responsibility. Thanks to cooperation with Inhire.io, we have constant access to an active database of over 50,000 candidates.

Reporting

Each week you will receive a report on our activities and specific numbers showing the attractiveness of your offer on the market, including conversions and candidate feedback. Thanks to this, you always know what stage a given process is at.

Employer branding

Our experience allows us to create a good, valuable advertisement, which we will of course agree with you. Our messages to candidates are always personalized and show the company's strongest points (EVP, USP). Thanks to this, candidates will be more willing to apply to your company, even after they end their cooperation with us.
