What we value Bee Taletns team for the most is partnership, open attitude and huge commitment into introducing changes to our company. Thanks to that we’ve received the tailor made workshops which met our expectations. She is an expert in splitting huge improvements into minute stages that keep changes healthy and smart for a firm. As a result of her experience in working in various methods like Agile, Design Thinking, Popcorn Flow, etc. she successfully finds solutions to any human-related questions across the whole organization, reconciling business needs and team perspective. Thanks to her experience as a Leader, Aga understands the challenges of being a good alpha. Her predilection for quality, non-violent communication helps managers at varying levels to become more natural and effective Leaders.
