    INFORMATION CLAUSE FOR CANDIDATES (DO BEE TALENTS)

     

    PERSONAL DATA CONTROLLER

    1. The controller of your personal data is Bee Talents P.S.A with its registered office in Poznań, Królowej Jadwigi 43 Street, 61-871, NIP: 7792463296 hereinafter referred to as the „Controller”.

    2. Regarding the protection of your personal data, you can contact the Data Protection Officer at the e-mail address: iod@beetalents.com or in writing to the address of our registered office indicated above.

     

    OBJECTIVES AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

    1. Carrying out the recruitment procedure in the scope of data indicated by the provisions of the labor law (Article 22¹ of the Labor Code) and taking the necessary actions to conclude a contract with the selected candidate pursuant to Art. 6 sec. 1 pt. B) GDPR;

    2. Including additional data in the recruitment process based on your consents, including personal data provided other than those resulting from legal provisions, in accordance with art. 6 section 1 pt. A) GDPR (ordinary data) or in accordance with Art. 9 sec. 2 pt.. a) GDPR (data of a special category, e.g. data on health or degree of disability);

    3. Participation in future recruitment processes, based on the expressed consent of art. 6 section 1 pt. A) GDPR;

     

     SCOPE OF PERSONAL DATA

    1. The scope of required data: providing data resulting from art. 22¹ of the Labor Code is required to participate in the recruitment process. The scope of the necessary data includes: name and surname, date of birth, contact details (e.g. telephone number, e-mail address, contact via a social networking site, e.g. LinkedIn); education, professional qualifications, previous employment history.

    2. Scope of voluntary data: the remaining scope of personal data included in the application documents and the application form is voluntary and may include: 

      1. other data usually not resulting from the law, e.g. photo (candidate’s image), interests, additional skills

      2. data of special categories (specified in Article 9 of the GDPR, e.g. concerning health or disability certificates.

     

     

    DATA RECIPIENTS

     

    1. Your personal data may be transferred to processing entities that provide services to the Controller on the basis of entrustment agreements concluded with him (IT service providers, including hosting and services supporting HR processes, as well as operators of recruitment portals).

    2. As a rule, your personal data will not be transferred outside the EEA or made available to international organizations . However, if the controller uses service providers from outside the EEA area, which have not been recognized by the European Commission as ensuring an adequate level of personal data protection, the transfer of personal data to the above-mentioned entities is carried out ̨ on the basis of standard data protection clauses which ensure appropriate safeguards in the field of protection of privacy and rights and freedoms people whom  applies to .     RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

    1. Access your personal data and request a copy of it;

    2. rectification of your personal data;

    3. Requests to limit the processing of your data;

    4. data portability;

    5. Withdrawal of consents at any time, with the withdrawal of consent not affecting the lawfulness of the processing which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;

    6. Deletion of data, if no other purpose of processing is carried out and there are no premises excluding this right, indicated in art. 17 sec. 3 GDPR;

    7. To object (related to the particular situation of the data subject) to the processing of personal data in the scope of the legitimate interest of the Controller;

    8. lodging a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office ( https://uodo.gov.pl ).

     

    PERIOD OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

     

    1. The data will be processed until the end of the recruitment process, no longer than 12 months from the receipt of the candidate’s application by the Controller or for the period indicated in the possible consent for future recruitments (no longer than one year from the end of the recruitment process).
