It feels like remote work will become a must have for most IT-related companies. But we take one step further. Not only we can work from wherever we want but the processes we designed, they don't let us feel missed out.

Our recruitment process

Start off with applying for one of our open positions or email us your CV. Check out our current recruitment processes below.

3.

Online technical meeting

That's an hour long online meeting. This time more technical. We will ask you about your areal of expertise and technical knowledge - the entire interview will be conducted with the STAR behavioral interview model. Remember to ask the questions you've got in mind.

5.

Decision

After the Online values meeting we will decide on your application. We will let you know about the decision at the latest within 5 days.

Phone screening

A half an hour long phone call with one of our recruiters. We will ask you a few questions on your experience and talk about mutual expectations.

Online values meeting

Another 30 minutes long chat, for a change - with one of our Co-Owners - Ola or Maciek. We will talk values and get to know each other even better!
