Carrying out the initial stage of recruitment, based on your consents, including the personal data provided in accordance with art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a) GDPR (ordinary data) or in accordance with Art. 9 sec. 2 point a) GDPR (special category data, e.g. health or disability data);Participation in future recruitment processes conducted for our clients, based on the consent expressed in art. 6 sec. 1 point a) GDPR;Defending against potential claims of our clients, for whom we recruit, regarding the non-compliance of the Candidate's profile with the requirements specified by the client - which is the legitimate interest of the data controller pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 point f) GDPR.

OBJECTIVES AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

1. Przeprowadzenie postępowania rekrutacyjnego w zakresie danych wskazanych przez przepisy prawa pracy (art. 22¹ Kodeksu pracy) oraz podjęcie niezbędnych działań w celu zawarcia umowy z wybranym kandydatem na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO;
Including additional data in the recruitment process based on your consents, including personal data provided other than those resulting from legal provisions, in accordance with art. 6 section 1 lit. a GDPR (ordinary data) or in accordance with Art. 9 sec. 2 lit. a GDPR (data of a special category, e.g. data on health or degree of disability);
2. Participation in future recruitment processes, based on the expressed consent of art. 6 section 1 lit. a GDPR;
   
The data will also be processed based on the Administrator's legitimate interest in securing claims and defending against claims, including in connection with defense against allegations of discrimination (due to age, gender, other – Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

SCOPE OF PERSONAL DATA

1. Zakres wymaganych danych: podanie danych wynikających z art. 22¹ Kodeksu Pracy jest wymagane, aby wziąć udział w rekrutacji. Zakres niezbędnych danych obejmuje: imię i nazwisko, datę urodzenia, dane kontaktowe (np. nr. telefonu, adres e-mail, kontakt za pośrednictwem serwisu społecznościowego np. LinkedIn); wykształcenie, kwalifikacje zawodowe, przebieg dotychczasowego zatrudnienia.

DATA PROCESSING PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS

1. Nawiązanie kontaktów handlowych (sprzedaż) – przetwarzanie jest niezbędne do prawnie uzasadnionych celów administratora polegających na dążeniu do sprzedaży towarów i usług (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f) RODO).
2. Zawarcie i wykonanie umowy sprzedaży – przetwarzanie jest niezbędne do wykonania czynności przed zawarciem umowy i do realizacji jej postanowień (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b) RODO).
3. Prowadzenie dokumentacji księgowo-podatkowej – przetwarzanie jest niezbędne do realizacji obowiązku prawnego wynikającego z art. 74 ustawy o rachunkowości i innych dotyczących podatników (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. c) RODO).
4. Dochodzenie roszczeń i ochrona przed roszczeniami – przetwarzanie jest niezbędne do realizacji prawnie uzasadnionych celów administratora polegających na obronie interesów przedsiębiorcy (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f) RODO).
5. Marketing usług własnych – przetwarzanie jest niezbędne do realizacji prawnie uzasadnionych celów administratora polegających na dbaniu o interesy i dobry wizerunek przedsiębiorstwa (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f) RODO).
6. Marketing usług/towarów obcych partnerów – przetwarzanie jest niezbędne do realizacji prawnie uzasadnionych celów administratora polegających na sprzedaży towarów i usług, oraz promowaniu partnerów gospodarczych (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f) RODO).

PERIOD OF PROCESSING

1. Dane przetwarzane są:
2. - do momentu ustania celu dla którego dane zostały zebrane z zachowaniem terminów ewentualnych roszczeń;
3. - do czasu zgłoszenia skutecznego sprzeciwu/żądania usunięcia danych;
4. - do momentu rozwiązania/wygaśnięcia umowy z zachowaniem termin.ow wymaganych przepisami prawa.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

1. Dane osobowe będą przekazywane przez administratora wyłącznie zaufanym podmiotom, takim jak przedsiębiorstwa dostarczające i obsługujące wybrane systemy i rozwiązania informatyczne, dostawcy usług księgowych, prawnych, pocztowych i kurierskich.
2. Dane osobowe co do zasady nie będą przekazywane poza obszar EOG ani udostępniane organizacjom międzynarodowym. W przypadku jednak, gdy administrator korzysta z dostawców usług spoza obszaru EOG, które nie zostały uznane przez Komisje Europejską za zapewniające odpowiedni stopień ochrony danych osobowych, przekazanie danych osobowych ww. podmiotom odbywa się na podstawie standardowych klauzul ochrony danych przyjętych przez Komisję Europejską, przez co podlegają odpowiednim zabezpieczeniom w zakresie ochrony prywatności oraz praw i wolności osób, których dotyczą. Kopia standardowych klauzul umownych może być uzyskana od Administratora.
