Hey, it’s rather hard writing about yourself. But some happy events deserve a nice write-up. So… why are we so damn happy tonight?

Tonight we were announced as one of the top 3 finalists in the first Polish edition of the LinkedIn Talent Awards 2019 at tonight's gala in Warsaw. 

The award was in the category of Top Innovative Agency in Poland below 40 employees. 

About 500 companies were considered, and we were among the three finalists. Congratulations to dotLinkers and inzynierowie.com for joining us at the stage! From the top three, finally, it was inzynierowie.com who took the main trophy. You are both smart and tough competition.

We want to explain what got us where we are.

First of all, it's always a great feeling when someone from the outside confirms the validity of your efforts. This is especially so when it is LinkedIn - a company that sets the heartbeat of our industry. This success has no greater or lesser fathers - it is the result of so many factors that the entire team is a proud father/mother! Hats off.

The whole of last year was investments - sometimes ones that made our Finance Controller Michał grind excel extra hard (okay, I may not know that much about his job). Almost 20% of our revenue went straight to new software, giving our recruiters the best tools. A new ATS and LinkedIn RPS accounts are doing great. We keep working on the skills of our team, with the usual pressure on the technical education of our recruiters. Every two weeks an expert guides us through a workshop, and our edu-lunches are, despite usual skepticism, a real thing.

 A dedicated Lean team is polishing our processes, and the aptly-named project Napoleon was busy for half a year testing multiple potential innovations to our recruiting. We can say with high certainty, that the decisions we make are supported by the best possible data and that we analyze it well - we even outsource some of it to be sure. Those are not revolutionary by any means. But its a clear image of our passion to shift a knob here and there every week to get slightly better, maybe even every day, and it pays off. And well, it does give us real pride an joy :)
