RPO works best for companies that rarely stop their recruitment processes or raise their recruitment needs seasonally.
It’s all estimated individually, based on the scope of the project. The final price is consists of the monthly fee (subscription) and minor success fee for each hired candidate.
In most cases our recruiters will support you remotely. If possible, we recommend to kick-off the project with a meeting at your office to create room for learning more about the company and your team. We also arrange some regular visits during the cooperation. Though, there is a possibility to work 100% on-site – we decide on such issues individually.
Bee Talents provide all the top recruitment tools our recruiters need to do their job effectively. They all are included in the monthly fee what means it won’t cost you a penny.
The availability of the recruiter is depended on the number of projects we run at the moment. We are often able to kick-off within a week, while during the “high demand season” the time can get extended. That’s why it’s worth to begin talks as early as possible.
We value the agile approach and success based cooperation. A permanent contract with a one-month period of notice goes as a standard.
